• As you give consent, Sculpt And Motivate uses your personal info to provide a personalised Personal Training service to you (which may include nutrition, stress management etc alongside the traditional use of Personal Training).
• Information provided by you may be medical and lifestyle information. There may also be information gathered regarding food diary and personal circumstances.
• Information may be gathered from other Professionals such as (but not limited to) GP, Physio, Chiropractor etc.
• Information may be gathered via forms, text messages, email, weight and body measurements, photos with your verbal or demonstrated permission.

• Reviews and testimonials may be used on Sculpt And Motivate website or related social media when written consent is given.

Sculpt And Motivate will use the info provided and gathered to:

• Provide the service the client has signed up for.
• Confidential record keeping.
• Sharing info with other relevant Professionals such as Physio, but only when permission is given by the client themselves or requested by law.

Sculpt And Motivate is committed to keeping your information private and secure and has put actions in place to avoid any unauthorised access and keep the information safeguarded.
