Sam has been a Personal Trainer since Feb 2009. During that time, she has worked with a huge array of people with diverse goals, physical and mental health circumstances. She is a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor and Lifestyle Coach, and is a member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity, as a Senior Activity and Health Practitioner.
She loves working with clients, to help them achieve and overcome challenges – from running their first marathon, to being able to sleep a full night without pain, to simply building self-confidence to enjoy life more! Equal to this is Sam’s love of learning - so you have peace of mind, knowing that she is constantly keeping her professional knowledge up to date, via courses and qualifications with accredited training providers.
Sam’s training space provides a private, welcoming, nurturing, relaxing yet motivational space, with all the facilities required to provide a bespoke service for each of her clients. Training from the comfort of your own home online, or in fresh air outside are also equally great options. You can even have a mix of all of them – whatever is best for you.
